Quick Tip: Provider: develops or places an AI system on the market under its own name. Deployer: uses an AI system under its authority (not personal use). Distributor: makes an AI system available on the EU market. Importer: places on the EU market an AI system bearing a non-EU entity's name. Product Manufacturer: places an AI system together with their product. Authorised Representative: accepts a mandate from a non-EU provider.
